Welcome to Revise GP (www.revisegp.com), operated by Revise MSRA Limited.

Revise GP is an online educational platform designed to support GP registrars with exam preparation, portfolio guidance, and training resources.

By creating an account or using any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the website.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The applicable terms are those in force at the time of your use or subscription.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

If you pay using a non-GBP account, currency conversion is handled by your card provider and is outside our control.

By making a purchase, you confirm:

  • Payment details are accurate
  • You are authorised to use the payment method
  • Sufficient funds are available

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store or have access to your card details.

No Right to Cancel or Refund – Digital Content

Revise GP provides immediate access to digital content, including question banks, revision notes, and training resources.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

  • You are purchasing digital content
  • Access is provided immediately upon purchase
  • You acknowledge and agree that your right to cancel is waived

Therefore:

  • All purchases are final
  • No refunds, cancellations, extensions, or credits will be provided
  • This applies regardless of usage, exam outcomes, personal circumstances, or external factors

This does not affect your statutory rights where applicable.

Account Use

Your account is:

  • Personal
  • Non-transferable
  • For individual use only

You must not:

  • Share login details
  • Allow others to access your account
  • Use the account in group settings (e.g. study groups, teaching sessions)

Any breach may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension or termination
  • No refund
  • Further action where appropriate

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute content (questions, notes, flashcards)
  • Share content externally (including screenshots, uploads, or redistribution)
  • Attempt to access or extract platform data
  • Interfere with the platform’s functionality or security

Any misuse may result in:

  • Account termination
  • Legal action
  • Claims for damages

Community Features (Doctors’ Mess & VTS Hubs)

Revise GP includes community areas such as Doctors’ Mess and VTS Hubs.

By using these features, you agree:

  • Content you post may be visible to other users
  • You will not share confidential, identifiable, or sensitive patient information
  • You will not post unlawful, abusive, or inappropriate content

We reserve the right to:

  • Moderate, edit, or remove content
  • Suspend or terminate accounts for misuse

We are not responsible for user-generated content. Views expressed by users do not represent those of Revise GP.

Platform Availability

We aim to ensure continuous access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Access may be affected by:

  • Maintenance
  • Updates
  • Technical issues

We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime or interruptions.

Intellectual Property

All content on Revise GP, including:

  • Questions
  • Revision notes
  • Flashcards
  • Design and layout

is the intellectual property of Revise MSRA Limited.

You may use content for:

  • Personal, non-commercial revision only

You must not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute content
  • Create derivative works
  • Use content for teaching, commercial, or group use

Medical Disclaimer

Revise GP is a revision resource only.

  • It is not a clinical tool
  • It must not be used for patient care or decision-making

Medical information may change over time.

We accept no liability for:

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Revise MSRA Limited is not liable for any direct or indirect loss
  • This includes loss of profit, data, or opportunity

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your subscription.

We are not responsible for:

  • Technical issues outside our control
  • Third-party services
  • User misuse of content

The Revise AKT Promise – Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to feel confident preparing with Revise GP. Eligible subscribers who fully engage with Revise GP but do not pass the MRCGP Applied Knowledge Test (AKT) may claim a refund of the amount paid for their Revise GP subscription, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility

To qualify for the Revise AKT Promise, you must:

  • have purchased a paid Revise GP subscription before sitting the relevant AKT;
  • sit the AKT during the access period covered by that subscription;
  • have completed at least 90% of the Revise GP AKT question bank before the date of your examination;
  • have used the account personally and complied with these Terms and Conditions; and
  • receive an official unsuccessful result in the AKT.

For the purposes of the guarantee, question-bank completion will be determined using the activity and progress recorded on your Revise GP account. Repeating a question does not count as completing an additional question. Questions added to the platform after the date of your examination will not affect your eligibility.

Making a claim

You must submit your claim to the Revise GP support team within 28 days of the date on which your official AKT result is issued.

You will be asked to provide reasonable evidence of your result, such as an official results email, letter or results-page screenshot showing sufficient information to confirm your identity, the examination and the unsuccessful result.

We may also verify your eligibility using the activity recorded on your Revise GP account.

Claims submitted more than 28 days after the official result was issued will not qualify under the Revise AKT Promise.

Refund

Where a claim meets all of the eligibility requirements above, Revise MSRA Limited will refund 100% of the amount actually paid for the qualifying Revise GP subscription.

The guarantee applies to the Revise GP subscription only. It does not include any separately purchased courses, products, services, upgrades or other optional add-ons unless expressly stated otherwise.

Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.

The guarantee:

  • is available once per customer;
  • is personal and non-transferable;
  • does not apply to complimentary, free or trial access;
  • does not apply where the AKT was not sat, was withdrawn from, or where a result was cancelled, voided or otherwise not awarded; and
  • does not apply where the account has been shared, misused or used in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

The Revise AKT Promise is an additional contractual guarantee and does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

  • Account-related matters
  • Platform updates
  • Relevant educational content

You can unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time.

We are not responsible for:

  • Their content
  • Their policies
  • Any loss arising from their use

Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to take legal action in any relevant jurisdiction where necessary.
